Our services
New Market Veterans is for Veterans. We’re proud to say NMV is 100% owned and operated by veterans with leaders and team members from every branch of the military. In addition, we hire and train veterans to work in our sales organization and also promote the hiring of veterans through our preferred partners in manufacturing.
NMV highlights the value and transferability of leadership and skills gained in military service to the private sector, working with government agencies and the private sector to recruit and retain veterans across generations by providing the training required to effectively leverage/translate/adapt their skills and experience to new opportunities.
Our broad portfolio of education, training and coaching services promote inclusive leadership, team development, cultural alignment and organizational resilience. Our interactive workshops and coaching engagements are facilitated by a diverse team of seasoned leaders and academic professionals who have positively impacted government, military, corporate, not-for-profit and educational organizations by providing the skills, knowledge, tools and processes needed in today’s demanding work environments.
